PTI reported that over 100 flights were delayed at the Delhi airport on Friday morning due to very dense fog as the cold wave intensified across north India.

Even with very low visibility, no flights have been diverted from Delhi yet. However, FlightRadar24 reported an average delay of 20 minutes.

Visibility at Delhi airport dropped to 0 for a few hours affecting 300 flights on Thursday. According to FlightRadar24, the average delay time was 18 minutes.

Delhi airport also issued a warning that non-CAT III compliant flights would be affected due to the high levels of fog.
