
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the PM Gati Shakti - National Master Plan for Multi-modal Connectivity, integrating 44 Central Ministries and 36 States and Union Territories on a digital platform with over 1,600 data layers for seamless project planning. Major milestones include assessing 208 major infrastructure projects worth ₹15.39 lakh crore ($185 billion), planning over 8,891 km of roads, and more than 27,000 km of railway lines. Significant projects include a 13 GW renewable energy corridor from Ladakh to Haryana and enhanced disaster management and school planning in Goa and Uttar Pradesh.
