India is set to host the highest number of Trump-branded properties outside the United States, with six new projects planned across cities including Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune. These will join the existing four luxury residential towers in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, bringing the total to 10 over the next six years.
Currently spanning 3 million square feet and offering 800 residences priced between $720,000 and $3 million, the Trump Towers in India have a combined sales value of $900 million. The upcoming developments will add 5 million square feet, doubling the portfolio’s estimated value to $1.8 billion.
The Trump Organisation collaborates with Tribeca Developers under a management model, with the latter investing in construction while leveraging Trump’s brand and luxury expertise. The expanded portfolio will include high-rise residential towers, offices, villas, and golf courses.
Tribeca’s founder, Kalpesh Mehta, highlighted Donald Trump’s longstanding optimism for India’s potential. The developments signal growing demand for luxury real estate in India and reflect the deepening India-US relationship.
