Congress MP Manickam Tagore filed an adjournment notice in Lok Sabha (Lower House) to address allegations of corruption, bribery, and securities fraud involving the Adani Group. Tagore described the issue as one of "public importance," criticising the government’s lack of investigation despite evidence from the United States Department of Justice. Tagore urged Indian authorities to probe the matter under domestic laws, citing the limitations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
